Madhukar Govindaraju is the Founder & CEO of Numly™, Inc. As an experienced Tech. Entrepreneur, Madhukar brings more than two decades of experience in the software industry as a GM/Product Executive, CTO, SVP Engineering, and business leader, at some of the world’s leading software companies, including VMware, Microsoft, TriNet HR Group, Saba Software, SAP / Business Objects, Hyperion Solutions, HP, IBM, and several successful startups. He also has several patents pending in the Talent Management, Innovation Network Analytics and AI-4-HR space.

Tamica has 20 years of Human Resources experience including organizational development, talent management, coaching, and training. A PCC level Certified Executive Coach, she holds certifications in Change Management, Diversity, Equity, and Everything DiSC, The Five Behaviors, and is a Human Resources Certified Professional. A published author, Tamica is known for her works namely “You Are Enough” a book of motivational quotes designed to increase self-esteem in 30 days and “How to Tell if You’re an A**hole Boss”. She has been a guest on numerous podcasts, workshops, and conferences speaking about leadership development, the future of work, personal branding, and self-awareness. Tamica is a graduate of American Intercontinental University with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology and Development and she received her Masters of Administration in Organizational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.

Dev Ghoshal has over 20 years of leadership experience in strategy, GTM, Alliances and Customer Success for organizations ranging from early startups to global enterprises. His previous experiences include stints at Mckinsey and Company, SVP at i2 Technologies (Supply-chain software), VP of Software at Sun Microsystems and GM at Microsoft Services. Dev holds a bachelor’s degree from IIT Kanpur, a Master of Science degree from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from Wharton School of Business.

Dr. Srinivas Doddi holds a PhD in Computer Science from University of New Mexico. He cofounded E8 Security (acquired by VMWare), and led its big data and data science efforts. Srinivas has over 20 years of R&D experience at multiple research institutions and successful startups. He has published numerous papers in top computer science conferences and journals and holds over 15 patents.

Aakriti holds a Master's degree in Advertising & Communication. She has had more than a decade of experience in Digital Marketing, Content & Communications in domains varying from Arts, Bollywood Films Production, E-commerce (B2C), and IT solutions (B2B). Most recently, she was Sr. Analyst within the Global Pre-Sales Marketing team at Mphasis, a global IT Software, and Services company with customers all over the world. Her ground-level experience while working at start-ups and global MNCs gives her a fair understanding of what gets the dice rolling when it comes to true customer engagement. While innovation attracts her, the freedom of ‘speaking your mind’ gives her the adrenaline. She is also a passionate artist and works in acrylics & oils, expressing herself via concept art with an eye for aesthetics.

Akshay Praneeth is an innovative and creatively-driven Product Manager with a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, specialized in Marketing and Data Analytics. With a strong focus on problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and customer engagement, he leads our product development initiatives with a unique blend of analytical acumen and creative vision. Akshay's collaborative approach and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences make him an invaluable asset to our team.

Shubhangi Sudhakar is an ambitious professional in the field of marketing and currently serves as the Marketing Manager at Numly™, Inc. With a postgraduate degree in Management, specializing in Marketing & Digital Business, she demonstrates deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices. She brings a fresh perspective, energy, and a passion for marketing to her role. Shubhangi’s strong attention to detail and organizational abilities ensure that projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.

Ranga Jayaraman’s current passion is to empower neurodivergent individuals with the desire and ability to seek meaningful, rewarding, and sustained employment and to help organizations in their journey to embrace neurodiversity in their workplaces. In a past life, Ranga was an accomplished Senior Executive of digital transformation, with expertise in providing innovative and cost effective solutions and services to enable and support business strategy and growth in the Higher Education and Information Technology industries.

Shweta Mogha is an HR leader, DEI evangelist and a CTI Coach. With20+ years of experience in global companies like Amazon and Airtel, she has spearheaded high impact diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract and retain diverse talent.

As Cofounder of eWOW, her passion lies in empowering women leaders from diverse backgrounds to explore their full potential.

With a strong talent acquisition and management background, Shweta also advises startups on their leadership development initiatives,diversity and culture building strategies, and employer branding. A frequent speaker at leadership events, Shweta has also contributed to bestselling books like Fast-Track Your Leadership Career.

Sundar Nagarathnam is the Senior Vice President of Enablement & Automation Anywhere University, where he leads a top-notch team to scale the ecosystem of trained and certified to be ready, for the global workforce of tomorrow. He is leading the ‘march to a million’ trained individuals on Automation Anywhere. Sundar has a 20+ years track record of building and transforming learning organizations and education businesses. He has served as the SVP of Salesforce University, the Vice President of Global Education and Professional Services at VMware and other leadership roles at NetApp, Hyperion, and Oracle.

Denise Williams is the President and Co-Founder of Silicon Valley-Nigerian Economic Development Inc. (SV-NED). She serves on the board of 4 companies, including SV-NED Inc., Global Connection for Women Foundation, Numly and Sky Clinic Connect. Williams Accelerator in Silicon Valley is notable for the launch of SME.NG, VoguePay, Vetifly, Numly, and Serve the Children Foundation.

Denise earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics Administration from UC Riverside, and her MBA from the Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA.

Matt Bradley is currently the SVP of Product Development for Enterprise Performance Development (EPM) at Oracle. He is an experienced executive with hands-on experience leading global teams in product strategy and engineering. He joined Oracle in 2007 as part of Oracle’s Hyperion acquisition, where he was responsible for establishing Hyperion as the market leader within EPM. Prior to joining Hyperion in 2000, Matt held several development lead positions at various Medical Information companies. Matt holds a degree in Computer Science from Queens University, Belfast.

Rakesh Agrawal is the President and Founder of the Data Insights Laboratories in San Jose, California. He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, a Fellow of ACM, a Fellow of IEEE, an IBM Fellow, as well as a Microsoft Fellow. He has served as a visiting professor at universities worldwide, including the Indian Institute of Science, École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne, ​and the Kyoto University​.​ ​Rakesh has been granted 85+ patents and published 200+ papers, including the top two highest cited in databases and data mining.
